About the Book
Spirituality is not about religion — it is about your inner spirit, your personal connection with meaning, purpose, and self-awareness.
This book is written for everyone — whether you are an atheist, agnostic, spiritually curious, or someone with deep faith. It welcomes every perspective and invites you to explore spirituality in your own unique way.
Spirituality Within Substance Use Disorder Recovery helps individuals integrate their inner beliefs into the journey of sobriety and healing.
It supports those in active recovery, as well as those who may have drifted away from spiritual practices but wish to reconnect with a sense of balance and meaning.
More than just a book, it offers a reflective experience — encouraging you to pause, think, and reconnect through guided journaling and self-exploration.
Through this process, you are gently guided to understand your beliefs, assess your inner world honestly, and use that awareness as a foundation for recovery and growth.
By the end of this journey, you may not only rediscover your spirituality, but also find a deeper connection between your inner self, your life, and your path toward lasting recovery.
