Dr Shanker Viswanath, a seasoned professional with 29 years of corporate experience in senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies, is dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in doubling their business growth. He also has nine years of experience in the Coaching, Training & Development space.

He has financial management and strategic leadership expertise as a Fellow Chartered Accountant. He also excelled academically, being a topper in the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGPDM) from SPJIMR and received an honorary Doctor of Letters - D. Litt. (Honoris Causa) Award in 2023 for his contribution in the learning & development sector.

Over the past nine years, Dr Shanker Viswanath has specialised in learning and development, holding certifications as an International Business Coach, Train the Trainer, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Process Facilitator, Games Oriented Active Learning Facilitator, and Design Thinking Practitioner.

During this time, he has trained over 20,000 participants and coached more than 50 persons, significantly impacting their professional lives.
Dr Shanker Viswanath’s career reflects a commitment to finance and leadership expertise and a passion for facilitating learning and growth within organisations and individuals.
