शायना कोचर एक सर्टिफाइड लाइफ कोच, लॉ ऑफ अट्रैक्शन कोच और विभिन्न आध्यात्म विधाओं की ट्रेनर हैं। 16 साल तक मीडिया में सेवा देने के बाद, उन्होंने आध्यात्मिक विधाओं में अपने जीवन का उद्देश्य पाया और तीन साल पहले पूर्णकालिक कोच बन गईं।

Shaina Kochar is a promising name in India’s law of attraction coaching and spiritual mentorship. She is a trainer and coach based in Punjab.
After serving for a consistent period of 17 years in the media industry, she ultimately found her life purpose in the law of attraction, life coaching and imparting spirituality. She believes in creating the future with divine energy, and is now on a journey to train women for the same.
She felt a strong connection with the higher self and an unknown bearing with the metaphysical and beyond throughout her life. The spiritual power always remained unwavered, no matter what came in her way. The moment she realised that one’s inner strength could enhance the quality of one’s life, she started to learn different healing modalities and mindfulness techniques around the world which worked wonders for her life. She started spreading the same knowledge with the word she discovered under the new name “Mystic Shaina”.
The ultimate realisation came at the time the pandemic had hit the world. She felt that the world needed positivity and mindfulness techniques, which would prove to be a necessity in today's world. It did not take a beat to realise that it was the right time to communicate all the mindfulness techniques and the knowledge to help people around the world and connect them to their spiritual selves. The pandemic has been an eye-opener for her, and she started building her Queen tribe around India.
According to Shaina, everything has a particular energy. The moment your inner energy changes, the outside world changes too. She teaches people easy and simple techniques to change their energy, transforming their outer space and life. She teaches how to read their own energy to create a better life with simplified and small mindful activities in their daily routine.
Her exclusive Programme named “Manifest like a Queen” is getting popular amongst women in India and abroad. Apart from this, she is also building a tribe of mindful healers in the country. She came up with her first book on Law of Attraction named Aakarshan ka Siddhant, miraculous power of the subconscious mind for the Hindi language readers.
Shaina co - founded a forum for coaches, mentors & authors across the globe named IAM- International Authors & Mentors. In 2022 she compiled and co-authored a book named I AM- Disaster to Master.
She was featured on Josh Talks to share inspiration with the world. She has also been awarded as India's first tarot innovator for conceptualising and creating two tarot card sets and two oracle card sets.

She is on a Mission to create an awakened and empowered women tribe in India.
