Maanya Sogali is an entrepreneur, brand founder, and creative professional with a diverse background in business development, event management, marketing, and brand building. She is the Founder of Crescent Creations, an entrepreneurial venture she established in December 2023, through which she has conceptualised and developed three distinct brands: MomCircle, a networking application; Charlotte Couture, a fashion and creative brand; and Amaara, a postpartum journal designed around the experiences of motherhood.
As the founder of Crescent Creations, Maanya oversees the complete brand development process, from initial ideation and market positioning to marketing, sales, and business growth. Leading a team of four, she has worked towards transforming creative concepts into distinctive brands. Her entrepreneurial experience also includes creating and selling handmade crochet and knitted products through a Business-to-Business (B2B) model, combining creativity with commercial enterprise.
Maanya's professional journey extends beyond entrepreneurship into event management and organisational leadership. She has gained experience in coordinating events, managing teams, and developing engaging experiences. During her academic journey at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom, she was actively involved in student engagement and campus activities, including working with the Students' Union, where she contributed to organising events and supervising a team of ten members.
Her experiences across entrepreneurship, creative industries, event management, and team leadership have shaped her approach to innovation and business development. She brings together strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for building meaningful brands and experiences.
